This gentleman's story broke my heart when he shared it with me. He was looking for his entire unit's names in various spots on the wall and kept getting sad and frustrated because he only knew his friends by their nicknames, or he couldn't remember their names at all. He was very emotional when he spoke with me and it really hit home with me because my father was a Vietnam vet as well.
